These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Axiom 7 ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Axiom 7 platform, website, tools, signals, and all related services (collectively, the "Service") available at https://www.axiom7.live. By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use of the Service.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, subscribers, and any other persons who access or use the Service. By creating an account, completing a purchase, or otherwise accessing the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, and agree to these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of the Service following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers of material changes via email or an in-app notice.
Axiom 7 is a market intelligence and research platform that provides subscribers with proprietary analytical tools, sector rotation signals, regime classification data, and related educational content. The Service is designed to assist independent traders and investors in organizing and contextualizing publicly available market data.
The Service does not provide personalized investment advice, brokerage services, portfolio management, or any regulated financial services. All content, signals, and outputs generated by the Service are for informational and educational purposes only. Please review our full Financial Disclaimer for a complete description of limitations.
Subscription Plans
Access to certain features of the Service requires a paid subscription ("Membership"). Subscription fees, billing cycles, and plan details are described on the pricing page of the Service and are subject to change with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.
Billing
By subscribing, you authorize us (or our payment processor, Stripe, Inc.) to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis at the then-current subscription rate. All fees are stated in United States Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are your responsibility.
Founding Member Price Lock
Subscribers who join at the Founding Member rate are entitled to retain that rate for as long as their subscription remains active and in good standing. Price locks are non-transferable and are forfeited upon cancellation. Resubscription after cancellation is subject to the then-current pricing.
Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access through that date. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers: if you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, contact us for a full refund of your most recent charge. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods beyond the 30-day guarantee window.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge. If payment cannot be collected, your access to the Service may be suspended or terminated until the outstanding balance is resolved.

Our Property
The Service and all of its content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to the Cascade Engine, Regime Classification Engine, Blindspot Engine, pillar scoring methodology, signal logic, software, text, graphics, logos, and trade dress — are and will remain the exclusive property of Axiom 7 and its licensors. These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Limited License to You
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your personal, non-commercial investment research purposes. This license does not include any right to resell, sublicense, or create derivative works based on the Service or its content.
Your Content
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or other content to us, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and incorporate such content into the Service without any obligation to compensate you.
The Service does not provide investment advice. Nothing on the Service constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, cryptocurrency, derivative, or other financial instrument. All signals, outputs, and analytical content are for informational and educational purposes only.
Trading and investing in financial markets involves substantial risk of loss, including the possible loss of your entire investment. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, TIMELINESS, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY DATA, SIGNAL, OR CONTENT PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AXIOM 7, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR TRADING LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS ($100.00).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Axiom 7 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) any trading or investment decisions you make based on content from the Service.
Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and ceasing use of the Service. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as provided in Section 03.
Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms, non-payment, fraudulent activity, or conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your license to use the Service immediately ceases.
Effect of Termination
Sections 05 (Intellectual Property), 06 (No Financial Advice), 07 (Disclaimer of Warranties), 08 (Limitation of Liability), 09 (Indemnification), and 13 (Governing Law) survive termination of these Terms.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc., and we do not store full payment card details on our servers.
The Service may display data sourced from third-party providers, including but not limited to market data vendors, financial data aggregators, and public APIs. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any third-party data. Any links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only; we do not endorse or assume responsibility for the content or practices of any third-party site.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Axiom 7 is principally located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Informal Resolution
Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
Binding Arbitration
If informal resolution fails, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Financial Disclaimer and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Axiom 7 with respect to the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
